Refund policy

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. As our products are made to order and may include personalised elements (such as text, colours, or formats chosen by the customer), they are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that these items are custom-made for you and, as such, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Please note that we take great care in packaging our products securely for shipping. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, delay, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our premises. In case of a delivery issue, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
