1. Offers, Purchase Orders, and Order Confirmations
All offers made by us are open for acceptance within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specifically stated, and are subject to the availability of the goods offered. All purchase orders issued by you must specify, at minimum, the type and quantity of goods requested, applicable unit prices, delivery place, and requested delivery dates. No purchase order shall be binding on us unless and until we confirm it in writing.
2. Prices and Terms of Payment
Prices for goods are as outlined in our order confirmation. All prices are exclusive of taxes and other charges, including but not limited to VAT, excise, and similar taxes imposed by any governmental authority. Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, payment is due immediately via our store’s payment platform without offset or deduction. You agree to provide financial information upon request for the purpose of establishing or continuing payment terms. We reserve the right to change agreed payment terms at any time without notice. If payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days of the due date, we may suspend or cancel delivery of any pending order, with written notice. Interest may be charged at 1.5% per month from the due date until payment is received. Title to goods remains with us until paid for in full. If payment is not made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the due date, we reserve the right to reclaim the goods. You are responsible for insuring all goods until title passes to you.
3. Terms of Delivery and Late Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made within 30 business days. Risk of loss or damage passes to you at the agreed delivery term. If delivery is delayed more than thirty (30) calendar days beyond the agreed date, you may cancel the affected portion of the order by providing written notice within seven (7) days after the grace period ends. You may also claim damages, subject to our limitation of liability (see Terms of Service). These are your exclusive remedies for late delivery. We reserve the right to deliver in instalments.
4. Acceptance of Goods
You must inspect the goods upon delivery. Unless you notify us in writing within two (2) calendar days with specific reasons for rejection, the goods are deemed accepted.
5. Warranty
We warrant that goods will conform in all material respects to the applicable manufacturer’s specifications and be free from material defects in workmanship, material, and design under normal use, for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. As our products are made to order and may include custom elements (such as text, colours, or formats), they are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that your item is custom-made and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless it arrives with a manufacturing defect.
If you believe a product is defective, you must contact us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, including clear photos and a description of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the item
- Replace the item
- Refund the purchase price (excluding any usage depreciation)
Please note: we take great care to package our products securely. We are not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our premises. In the event of a shipping issue, we will support you in filing a claim with the carrier.
This warranty is limited to the above and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. We make no warranty regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
